The hotel is located right next to the Auditorium and Congress Centre and is just over a kilometre from the centre of Murcia, where you’ll find the Cathedral, the Town Hall (Ayuntamiento) and the Glorieta amongst many other sights. The easiest way to get from San Javier Airport to the hotel is by taxi. The journey lasts an hour and costs approximately €60.

Opened in 2006, the Nelva Hotel is an imposing, modern property, its façade dominated by large windows and panoramic elevators. A spacious lobby and cosy lounges welcome guests to a warm, friendly atmosphere, ideal for those travelling either for business or leisure. The 250 soundproof guestrooms are appointed in a chic, contemporary style, with dark wood furniture, cream and brown upholstery and plasma screen TVs. All are clean and well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms. The hotel also boasts an outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by lots of decking and numerous sun loungers. Private car parking facilities are available at a cost of €12 for 24 hours. The Oro Negro Restaurant serves both national and regional cuisine, using the freshest local ingredients.
