The luminous interiors of the 153 guestrooms – combining comfort and functionality with serene elegance – have modern facilities and all the services normally found in this class of hotel. The great speciality of the Las Coronas Restaurant is rice, of which there is a vast and succulent variety. In 2003 its chef won first prize in the International Rice Competition held in Sueca (Valencia).
